"After a visit to an art gallery one day, a colour combination that kept catching my attention in the different artworks was pink and blue. Feeling inspired, I decided I wanted to try and capture these 2 colours together in a natural landscape. If there was one place I knew I could find these 2 colours together, it would be at a salt lake. One thing that Western Australia certainly has no shortage of is unique salt lakes.
As I travelled through outback Australia in my van, I spontaneously decided to pull over and fly the drone. It wasn’t until then that the true beauty of this place revealed itself. As I flew my drone over this particular spot, the pastel colours and swirling textures caught my eye.
